Coating Operator

​

Looking for a hardworking individual to be involved in multiple tasks throughout the day involving various mechanical skills. We will train candidate, but some experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

​

As an operator, you will work on a coating line and may work in one or more work stations, also work in compounding, slitting and in the testing lab. You will work with other operators to set-up and produce standard and non-standard specified products, problem-solve, coordinate preventative maintenance (PMs) and ensure products are produced to specs and meets visual standards for roll quality.

 

Job Requirements:

• Tow motor experience is a plus, but not necessary

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required

• Must be able to work in warehouse conditions

• Attention to detail is a must

• Must have flexible attitude and able to work alone or with a team

• Moderate to heavy lifting may be required

• High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16 to $18/hour
